hello, I'm mikki.

A clinical nutritionist (BHSc), trainer and passionate foodie, I believe health should feel empowering, not overwhelming.

My philosophy is simple: taking care of yourself shouldn't feel like another job on your to-do list. It should feel like an act of self-respect. I believe that when we understand why our choices matter, we're able to nourish our bodies with intention, move in ways that make us feel strong, and create habits that genuinely support the life we want to live.

Nutrition education is at the heart of everything I do. Rather than telling you what to eat, I want to give you the knowledge and confidence to make informed choices that work for you. I believe whole, nutrient-dense foods should form the foundation of the way we eat, providing the energy and nourishment our bodies need to thrive. But I also believe that health is never about perfection. It's about finding your own balance, one that leaves room for dinners with friends, birthday cake, holidays and all of the moments that make life meaningful.

For me, health extends far beyond what's on your plate. It's the way you move your body because you appreciate what it can do. It's taking five minutes to journal when your mind feels busy, slowing down with a few deep breaths, prioritising sleep, spending time outdoors and embracing the small, consistent habits that help you become the healthiest version of yourself: physically, mentally and emotionally.

Everything I share is grounded in evidence, but designed for real life. Through practical nutrition education, nourishing recipes and realistic lifestyle habits, my goal is to help make healthy living feel simple, enjoyable and sustainable. Because I don't believe the healthiest life is the most perfect one. I believe it's the one you can genuinely enjoy and maintain for years to come.
