GOOEY Chocolate Brownies
These are my go to brownie recipe! Not only are they decadent and gooey but are loaded with creamy almond butter complemented with rich cacao to make the perfect moorish treat.
Gooey Chocolate Brownies
Moorish gluten-free & dairy-free brownies that are the perfect go to treat!

Ingredients
1 cup almond butter
½ cup coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla
⅓ cup cacao
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup plant milk
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 eggs
½ cup dairy free chocolate chips
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a brownie tin (24cmx24cmx5cm) with parchment paper
In a bowl combine almond butter, coconut sugar and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
Then add cacao, baking soda and salt. Mix until becomes a thick paste.
In a separate bowl beat together the milk, & eggs. Lightly stir in the olive oil.
Add the egg mixture to the almond butter mixture and mix well.
Once smooth add in chocolate chips, and stir to spread through the mixture.
Pour into baking tin, and place in the oven for 18-20 minutes
Let set outside the oven for 10 minutes in the tin, then another 5 minutes outside the tin.
Once cooled, slice and enjoy! I love serving these with some creamy coconut yoghurt & fresh berries!
